
This programme is for anyone who is craving a good nights sleep. The programme is designed to connect you with like-minded people, help you relax and have fun whilst learning to develop your ideal sleep habits to prepare your mind and body to great quality sleep.
The programme is run a Monday for 4 weeks between 10:00am – 12:00pm (please note sessions are once a fortnight)
